IF I try to Un-install Drivers for HD4350 and Xpress 200 and reboot, windows run normaly again using Radeon HD 4350, until Xpress 200 auto-install driver runs again.) To mitigate this issue, I select on Windows Update to Not-install any update. IF I try to Un-install by control panel Driver/Device Manager Xpress 200 Driver, and change BIOS again, Windows can´t start, still reboot on boot. Then I open Setup of Dell Optiplex, Select to use Integrated Graphics Card, change monitor cable to Ingrated Graphics Card, Save, and Windows Start normaly.
